Have you heard about this book? I just started reading it. What a treasure.
These are transcripts from the StoryCorps booth, a national project where any two people can record a conversation, which is preserved for them on cd and in the American FolkLife Center Library of Congress for generations to listen to in the future.
Apparently, a common theme in the stories and conversations is Love, and some of the better ones are compiled together in this book.
The founder Dave Isay says that something he's realized from the project is that we should say the things we feel and think to our loved ones and not wait.
What would you want to tell your loved ones if you knew you only had 40 minutes left with them?
