I found this Joyce Armoror quote the other day... "Think of stretch marks as pregnancy service stripes." I mean I like the sentiment but I mean who are we kidding over here?

I can see it now...the next box office thriller.. a peaceful pregnant a woman sleeping in her bed (or trying to sleep amist 12 pillows and frequent bathroom interruptions) slowly cameras pan to revealing veiny shadows on the walls and as she startles awake she realizes it is too late. She is in the clutches of StReTcH mArKs ! (blood curdling screams)



Seriously though I had no idea how much they would scare me. Forget nightmares about the boogey man...these things are gnarly!

    Are you rubbing yourself down with oil???? :) It does seem to help... you just have to remember to continue to do it while your body is shrinking back down, too.
